| How to Play - The goal of the Irwin iPoints Challenge is for entrants to earn as many iPoints, as quickly as possible, during the Contest Period, to remain in the Daily Top 25 Winner's Circle by July 29th, 2008, for a chance to Win! Entrants can earn iPoints by registering, completing 2 Stages, a Survey, selecting to receive critical eMail Alerts, and by referring colleagues to register. | Irwin iPoints Challenge Winner's Circle - The Irwin iPoints Challenge Winner's Circle is a dynamic, real-time leader board table that ranks a minimum of 0 to a maximum of 25 current overall iPoints leaders, by unique User ID, per row, for entrants who have gained the highest number of iPoints to date, at the earliest possible time, according to a timestamp matched to each entrant's Scoring Profile (successfully submitted Stage answers, survey completes, opt-in selections and iPoints Referral entries earned to date, per Stage), during the Contest Period. The Winner's Circle table rows will update according to the current number of contest participants. Once the table has populated to return 25 rows, only the current Top 25 unique User ID's and iPoints totals, per User ID, earned to date will be viewable during the Contest Period. Winner's Circle High Rank Logic - First place and next high iPoints leaders: User(s) who has registered the earliest and has gained (via successfully submitted answers to the database) the current highest overall iPoints, the fastest (according to the timestamp of the following iPoints scoring types) to date during the Contest Period:

| Drawing and Awarding of the Prizes - Irwin Industrial Ltd., and an independent judging organization, will review and award the Prizes to the Top 25 overall iPoints Winner's Circle leaders at the close of the Irwin iPoints Challenge. These prize winners will be selected from the Irwin iPoints Challenge Final Top 25 Winner's Circle on or about July 29th, 2008 (the "Contest Prize Draw Date"), at the location of 50 East Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill, Ontario, at or around 11:00 a.m. ET from all entries received on or before the Contest Closing Date. Secondary prizes will be awarded directly to qualified contest entrants by Irwin Industrial Ltd. on a per entrant basis during and after the contest period, subject to the conditions of Notification and Redemption set out in these Rules. The judging will be conducted by an independent judging organization whose decisions on all aspects of this contest shall be deemed as final and binding in all respects. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the contest rules and regulations and the decisions of the independent judging organization. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. In order to claim the prize and be declared a winner the selected entrant will be required to correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, the mathematical skill-testing question to be administered by email or telephone at a pre-arranged mutually convenient time. Complete and sign a declaration and release statement, in order to; confirm compliance with the rules and regulations, accept the prize as awarded, without substitution, release the Sponsor and its affiliated companies from any liability, as described more fully below, and consent to the use of his or her name, address (city and province) company name, photograph, and likeness, as described more fully below. Failure by any selected entrant to complete, sign and return any of the aforementioned documents within 14 business days after notification is sent to the address or email address on the selected entrant's entry, or the return of prize documents as undeliverable, may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. | Notification and Redemption - All selected Winner's Circle, Secondary, and Week 4 Daily Prize winners will be notified of their selection via email and telephone. To receive a prize, selected winners must provide proof of identity within five (5) days of prize notification. Failure of selected winner to respond to prize notification or return of prize notification as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of right to receive any prize, and prize will be awarded to an alternate selected winner. Sponsor and Irwin-ind.com are not responsible, whether as a result of human error or otherwise, for any failure to contact any selected winner. | Limitation of Liability - The winners agree that (except where prohibited) Sponsor may use winner's name, picture, portrait, likeness and voice for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation. You will only need to register once on Irwin iPoints Challenge. You must enter and verify a case-sensitive Password of your choice, and will be asked to provide valid contact information and a valid e-mail address. | |||

| A: For best results, Irwin iPoints Challenge recommends you use either MS Internet Explorer 6.x or greater or Firefox 2.x or greater. | A: No. Only one registration entry per person is allowed during the Irwin iPoints Challenge. | Q: What is a User ID? | |||
| A: A User ID is a unique nickname, or alias. Please choose your User ID carefully. When you first register, you will be asked to create a User ID but you will also be able to use your eMail address as your User ID when logging in. Your User ID will only be viewable to other user in the Daily Top 25 Winner's Circle table during the contest if your current iPoints total ranks you within the current Daily Top 25 iPoints leaders. Your eMail address or Password will not be publicly visible to other users at anytime on the Irwin website. You will need your User ID / eMail address and Password each time you login to the Irwin iPoints Challenge. Simply click on either the Login or My Irwin icon and enter your login information. If you are having problem during Login, make sure that you are not inputting any blank spaces before, after or inside your User ID, or Password, and that you are entering your Password use the same case as when you first registered. You should write down your Irwin iPoints Challenge User ID and Password for future reference. | Q: What should I use as a User ID? | |||
| A: A: You can use your name, a nickname, or the name of a hobby or interest of yours. We recommend choosing a User ID that is easy for you to remember. If you enter and submit a User ID during registration that has already been registered, the system will prompt you to re-enter a different one.

Each time you return your My Irwin page to continue your IPoints Challenge, you should refresh your browser to make sure you're seeing your latest iPoints Scoring, Stage and Winner's Circle status.. | |||
| Q: I referred a colleague who said they registered but I didn't get my "Referral iPoint". Why not? | |||
| A: If your colleague registered with an invalid e-mail address that "bounced back" to our servers, then you will not get a Referral iPoint.
