Bottom Mount Chassis Trak Telescoping Slides. C-7000 slides have positive stops but do not lock at any position. Optional lock-out feature is available. This dimension is typical except where hole is replaced with solid flat head rivets. This dimension is standard, but may be changed readily to meet customer requests (4.31 minimum dimension). Slide is plated with zinc and sealed with bright (clear) chromate. Ball bearing rollers are lubricated with -65° F to +350° F temperature range grease. Load capacity is based n one slide at full extension, with load (center of gravity) at midpoint of the slide (chassis section). This capacity has a 100% static (non-moving) load safety factor at full extension, but is not intended to be operated with loads exceeding specified load capacity. Slide is designed for compression or suspension loading. Slide members and plates are made of 14 gage (.074) cold rolled steel. Standard mounting hardware package (CA8612-00-0059) is included with each slide assembly, containing # 8-32 x .38 slotted pan head screws and # 8-32 KEPS® nuts. Slide is designed for horizontal travel only. Stationary length=18.00", length of extension=18.88", load capacity=150 lbs.
