Any disputes or discrepancies must be reported within 10 business days.
No goods may be returned without prior approval and an RMA#. Irwin reserves the right to impose restocking charges upon mutual agreement. Goods must be returned in their original condition.
Irwin will not be liable for loss of profits, loss of use or damages of any kind based upon late delivery, or claim of breach of warranty, faulty workmanship or materials, including, without limitation, consequential damages and incidental damages except as they may be imposed by law in the case of personal injuries from consumer goods.
